KvizMe is designed for recruiters who have positions to fill where the presence of various skills and competencies is of central importance.

Simple. You generate a code (e.g., 'JMM-01') for a candidate in your system (e.g., Excel). Alternatively, you copy codes provided by KvizMe. You send the candidate the KvizMe link and their code. The candidate only enters the code on the Kviz page. We never see the name. You see in your dashboard 'JMM-01 = 92% Score' and know who it is.

Chatbots are "breadth optimizers". They ask facts ('Do you have a driver's license?'). KvizMe is a "depth optimizer". We measure competence ('How do you solve this problem?') and find the best thinkers.

Yes. The "KvizMe Generator" creates suggestions for KvizUnits, each consisting of a comprehension question, a solution, and evaluation criteria. You can edit, delete any question, or add your own questions (including multiple-choice and image-based questions).

From the "Professional" plan onwards, you see the overall score and the candidates' answers. Additionally, you receive an analysis of why individual candidates stand out particularly. Yes. Your documents are only used to create comprehension questions, solutions, and criteria. Applicant answers are used for evaluations to create a coded leaderboard. They are stored encrypted, not used for AI training, and can be deleted at any time.

KvizMe uses a "Smart Defense" strategy. In addition to technical barriers, we design our assessments so that using external AI becomes inefficient and disadvantageous.
