We are a four-person team from product management, marketing, technology and AI strategy - connected by a shared vision: we believe that the way companies find talent needs to be fundamentally improved. That is why we created KvizMe-Job: an AI-powered assessment platform that transforms the recruiting process from the ground up.

KvizMe is an end-to-end solution that allows you to automatically create and evaluate comprehension units focused on understanding. There are many different applications for this approach. Initially, KvizMe offers the product JobKviz, which allows you to capture the competence of applicants.
Our Mission
We believe that a company's most expensive and important decision - who to hire - should not be based on a subjective "gut feeling" or an unreliable resume.
A resume measures marketing, not competence. Every year, bad hires cost €50,000 or more, simply because "blenders" were hired while the best talents were overlooked. KvizMe exists to make real, verifiable competence visible and measurable. The most suitable job candidates should win, not the best self-promoters.
1. AI-based assessment creation: The KvizMe Generator creates customized comprehension questions directly from your job description. It solves the "blank page" problem for you.
2. The KvizMe Evaluation Engine objectively analyzes the complex free-text answers based on your approved evaluation criteria. It finds "Hidden Champions" and exposes "Blenders".
3. The "Candidate Code" process addresses the GDPR challenge. KvizMe processes no personal applicant data and is immediately ready to use - without months of IT auditing.
